| Palate: | A light to medium weight palate has sour cherry flavour and cigar box bouquet, fine acid and balanced with distinct tannin and mature flavours. A Heathcote Shiraz at maturity, showing some subtlety and development having a balance of flavours and extraction to enable the wine to be enjoyed with meats and dishes of a lighter style, or with fine cheese. |
